Seasons of Life is a women's community choir made up of women of all ages, in different stages, or “seasons,” of their lives. Established in January 2014, our mission is to create awareness as well as to benefit victims of domestic violence.
Fall 2022 Start Date:
MONDAY, September 19, 2022 from 7-9 P.M. The Bridge Church: 504 E 12th Street, Alton, IL 62002 Eddie Hitchcock, the founder and director, fell in love with music when he was very young, but it wasn't until he was in high school that he grew fond of women's voices. He is also keen to society's struggles and believes that, with God's direction, anything is possible.
This season, we will be featuring Christmas music, from traditional classics to pieces from around the world! |
Our board of directors makes the choir run as smoothly as possible: Tamara Atchley (President), Eddie Hitchcock (Director), Melissa Sharpe (Assistant Director), Becky Retzer (Treasurer), Sara Casselman (Secretary), and Kayla Kuehn (Media Director).
Charlie Brockus is our accompanist (and only paid participant). You may have also seen him behind the piano at the Ragin Cajun in downtown Alton! This season, Lori MeCaskey, a retired music director in our community, has volunteered as our rehearsal accompanist!
